Brushed with some soy sauce and broiled,
this salmon is quick to make and is one
of my go-to recipes when I'm short on time.
Only takes minutes under the broiler.
Ingredients:
2 salmon steak fillets
2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
Butter
Directions:
Preheat broiler.
Place salmon steake skin side down
on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet
under broiler for 4 minutes or until done.
Serve with butter.
