Absolutely the best tasting and moist meatloaf.
I use mixed ground beef, pork, veal and turkey,
seasond to perfection with a blend of herbs and
spices Colonel Harland Sanders would approve of.
Topped with a slather of tomato barbecue sauce.
Ingredients:
1/2 pound lean ground sirloin
1/2 pound ground turkey
1/2 pound ground veal
1/2 pond ground pork
1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried chopped onions
1 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 large brown egg
3 slices multi-grain bread,
processed into crumbs
1/4 cup spicy barbecue sauce
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a Kitchen aide mixer, mix all ingredients
except barbecue sauce and ketchup.
Shape meat mixture into 9x5-inch loaf
in ungreased rectangular pan.
Spread barbecue and ketchup over top.
Bake uncovered for about 1 hour or until done.
