Cappuccino Cupcakes

This recipe makes 12 cupcakes.
I frosted them with butter cream.

Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp ground coffee
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tsp warm water
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Mix together flour, baking powder,
baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and ground coffee.
Whisk together instant coffee and water.
In a large bowl, whisk together sugar,
oil and egg until smooth.
Whisk in instant coffee mixture and vanilla.
Alternately whisk in flour mixture and sour cream,
making three additions of flour mixture
and two of sour cream, beating until smooth.
Mix in chocolate chips.
Scoop batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated 350 degree F. oven
for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool in pan on rack for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and let cool on rack.
Top cooled cupcakes with frosting.
