Leftover Baked Potato and Eggs

I hollowed out a leftover baked potato.
Placed a pad of butter inside and
seasoned them with salt and black pepper.
Cracked a large egg into each potato
and baked at 350 degrees F. for about
15 minutes or so, then topped the egg
with cheese, chives and bacon bits.
Baked them a few more minutes until
the cheddar cheese was all melted.
