Grilled Pablano Peppers and Feta

Good to serve along with some corn bread,
this is a recipe to make grilled
and feta cheese stuffed pablano peppers.

Ingredients:
pablano chile peppers
Olive Oil
Feta Cheese
Fresh cracked pepper
Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Slice each pablano pepper into half lenghwise,
and remove some or all of the seeds.
Coat the outside of each pablano pepper
half with olive oil, sprinkle feta cheese
into each pepper half and place on grill.
After removing pablano pepper halves from grill,
splash each paplano pepper half with fresh cracked
black pepper and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
