I've never made popovers before today,
so I was pleased they came out perfectly.
This is an easy recipe to follow,
almost a fool-proof popover recipe.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Half fill greased muffin tins w/ mixture.
Put in cold oven and set temp to 450 degrees F.
Bake 15 minutes and reduce heat to 350 degrees F.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes.
