Fried Feta Cheese

An appetizer that looks as good as it tastes,
fried feta can be served up alone or with olives.
You are 5 ingredients away from delicious!

Ingredients:
8-10 oz. of Feta cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 cup Breadcrumbs
3/4 cup Olive Oil for frying

Directions:
In a medium-sized saucepan on high,
heat 2-3 inches of olive oil.
On a plate or shallow bowl, place flour.
Crack and beat egg in separate bowl.
In another dish, place breadcrumbs.
Careful to coat each thoroughly:
roll Feta cubes in flour,
egg, then breadcrumbs.
Set on wax paper until oil is ready.
Fry cubes until golden brown, 2-3 minutes.
Line baking sheet or large dish with
paper towels and transfer finished
fried Feta from oil with a slotted spoon.
Serve warm.
