My Best Cabbage Cole Slaw

This is a specially good tasting cole slaw,
it has one secret surprise ingredient,
brown sugar which gives the slaw a
behind the scenes carmel like sweetness.
Everybody likes the great tasting flavors.
This slaw is mayonnaise based and must be
refrigerated, kept and served ice cold.

1 medium sized fresh cabbage
3 carrots, peeled
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cups white sugar
1/8 cup brown sugar
1 cup Real mayonnaise
1 tablespoon brown mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Shred the cabbage and carrots and
mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
The cabbage will give up some water.
Cover, refrigerate and let sit overnight.
