With one whole slice of apple in each pancake
these could be called fresh fried apple fritters.
Easy to make using a boxed pancake mix,
these are as tasty as an apple can get.
Ingredients
2 Ida Red apples
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup white sugar
2 cups pancake batter
Oil for frying
Directions
Peel and core apples then
cut into 1/4" slices.
Dip each apple slice in prepared
pancake batter and fry until done.
