My Grandmother would take left over cooked spaghetti
and turn it into a new fabulous tasting crispy fried meal.
You can add in a few eggs add make a pasta frittata.
This is made with pasta without a lot of tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
Leftover cooked spaghetti
Olive oil and butter for the pan
Grated cheese for topping
Heat a fry pan to medium heat.
Melt butter and add oil into the pan.
Add cooked spaghetti into the pan.
Fry until brown and crispy on both sides.
Remove and serve with grated cheese.
