Grilled Salisbury Steaks

Salisbury steaks are simply formed ground beef
that is seasoned and served in a brown gravy.
The secret to this dish is in the tasty gravy.
Grilling the beef adds yet another layer of flavor.

Ingredients:
1 pound ground sirloin beef
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
1/4 cup cold water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dark brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder

Directions:
Preheat a grill to medium high heat.
Combine ground beef, flour, black pepper,
and salt in a mixing bowl, form into 4 patties.
Place patties on grill to cook 2 minutes per side.
Remove and set aside while creating the sauce.
In a sauce pan combine the flour, ketchup, water
along with the Worcestershire sauce and mustard powder.
Simmer until a rich and creamy salisbury sauce is created.
Serve the grilled beef with the warm brown beef gravy.
