An easy way to cook an egg is to
drop it into a slice of an onion ring.
Saute it until bottom is set then use
a spatula to turn the egg over to
cook other side as desired.
1 slice red onion
1 teaspoon butter
1 large egg
salt and black pepper
Heat saute pan and melt butter.
Place the slice of onion in pan and
crack the egg into center of onion ring.
Saute until just cooked through, turn egg
and cook other side until done as desired.
Season egg with salt and black pepper.
