With no mayonnaise this is a good one.
There's a pleasant hint of spice in this,
which comes from chopped hot peppers.
Ingredients:
1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, peeled and shredded
1 small red onion, peeled and chopped
4 hot peppers, chopped
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
1/8 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
Combine allingredients in a big bowl.
Mix well, cover and allow to rest one day
in the refrigerator before serving.
