Try this one recipe and you'll be glad you did.
2 cups fresh watermelon, seedless
1 navel orange, peeled and segmented
fresh mint leaves, chiffonade
1 tablespoon sugar
Place cubed watermelon in a serving bowl.
After peeling and slicing orange, cut segments
into bite size pieces and place in bowl.
Sprinkle with some sugar and add in a few
fresh mint leaves just before serving.
