Watermelon Croissant Sandwich

Simple as it could get.
Tasty as it could be.
Along with a glass of chablis.

Watermelon slices, seedless
Basil leaves, chiffonade
Black pepper, freshly ground

Slice croissants in half shell.
Arrange watermelon and basil
on top of one cut side of croissant.
Season with freshly ground black pepper.
replace top of sandwich and serve with wine.
